BlueBear is a private Canadian company incorporated under the Canada Business Corporation Act.

The capital of BlueBear is closed. Its shares are owned by 14 shareholders that are comprised mainly of employees, managers, directors and advisors to the corporation, who are governed by a unanimous shareholder agreement.

As the company is private, BlueBear is not offering any shares to the public or soliciting any investment in its capital. BlueBear shares are not traded on any market.
